Welcome to PetiClub. These Terms of Service govern your use of peticlub.com and any purchase you make from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are This website is operated by PetiClub, 525 Almanor Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, United States. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to PetiClub.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this website.
3. Products and Descriptions We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including materials, dimensions, and specifications. Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations can occur between production batches.
Product images are for illustration. Where an item is supplied in assorted colours or designs, this is stated clearly on the product page.
4. Product Safety Our products are pet accessories and enrichment items. They are not veterinary, medical, or therapeutic devices, and we make no health or medical claims about them.
Please supervise your pet during first use, follow any instructions supplied with the product, and inspect items regularly for wear. Discontinue use if a product becomes damaged. Electrical products, including feeders and water fountains, are for indoor use only and should be used strictly as instructed.
5. Pricing and Availability All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, update product information, and cancel any order affected by an error. If we cancel your order for this reason, you will receive a full refund.
6. Orders and Acceptance Your order is an offer to purchase. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; acceptance takes place when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where the product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
7. Shipping, Returns and Cancellations Your purchase is also governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Payment Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- We ship within the United States only, with an estimated delivery of 4–7 business days
- Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before processing
8. Acceptable Use You agree to use this website lawfully, and not to interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or customer data, or copy, reproduce or misuse our content without permission.
We may restrict or terminate access where these Terms are breached.
9. Intellectual Property The PetiClub name, logo, website design, page layout, and our original written content — including our product descriptions — are the property of PetiClub and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Product photography is supplied by or licensed from our manufacturing and fulfilment partners and remains the property of its respective owners.
If you believe any content on this site infringes your rights, contact us at support@peticlub.com and we will review and respond promptly.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold PetiClub harmless against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this website.
12. Third-Party Links This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, security, or practices, and accessing them is at your own risk.
13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
14. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order. Updates are posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
