Return & Refund Policy

At PetiClub, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality pet products that you and your furry companions will love. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Pet Accessories & Supplies

Products must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • Returned with all original packaging, manuals, labels, and accessories.

  • Free from damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Pet Beds, Blankets & Soft Products

Items must be:

  • Clean, unused, and free from pet hair, stains, odors, or signs of use.

  • Returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Grooming & Feeding Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, these products are only eligible for return if they are:

  • Unused and unopened.

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened pet food or treats

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products showing signs of use by pets


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team:

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.


Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • No longer wanting the item

PetiClub Covers Return Shipping

We will cover return shipping costs if:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The product was significantly different from its description


Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at support@peticlub.com and include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will provide either:

  • A free replacement

  • A full refund

  • Or another suitable resolution based on the situation


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, color, or size, please return the eligible item and place a new order.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process after delivery.


Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be reduced or declined if:

  • The returned product shows signs of use.

  • Items are returned without original packaging or missing components.

  • The product is damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • The return request is made after the 30-day return period.
