At PetiClub, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we're here to help. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand how cancellations are handled.
Cancelling Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will:

Cancel your order at no additional cost.

Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Process your refund within 7 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
To request a cancellation, please include your Order Number when contacting us.
Cancelling After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to our return conditions.
Custom or Personalized Products
If we offer custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
After production has started, these items cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered processing or shipping.

Cancellations by PetiClub
PetiClub reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

Product unavailable or out of stock

Pricing or listing errors

Payment authorization failure

Suspected fraudulent activity

Violation of our Terms of Service

Shipping restrictions or delivery limitations
If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations made before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
