At PetiClub, we think the pet aisle has a gap in it. There's the cheap end, where things crack, jam, or lose their appeal within a fortnight. And there's the premium end, where a perfectly ordinary automatic feeder somehow costs $130.
Very little sits in between — well built, sensibly priced, and honest about what it actually does. Since 2026, that's the space we've been working in.

- Our mistakes are ours to fix. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace or refund it and cover the return postage. You will never pay for our error.
- No surprises at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay — no handling fees, no hidden charges.
- We'd rather lose the sale. If you're unsure a product suits your pet, ask us first. Talking you out of the wrong item costs us less than processing a return, and costs you nothing.
