Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with PetiClub. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order, and what to expect at every stage.

1. Shipping Destinations We ship within the United States (all 50 states). We do not currently ship internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to P.O. Boxes where carrier restrictions apply.

2. Handling Time Orders are processed and prepared for shipment by our US fulfilment partner within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time, or on a weekend or US public holiday, begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Cost & Transit Time

  • Shipping Cost: Flat rate $4.99 per order, to any US address.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect your package to arrive within 4 to 7 business days from the time you place your order.

4. No Hidden Charges The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. There are no hidden fees, handling charges, or surprise costs after purchase. All applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly before you finalise your order.

5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

6. Multiple Shipments If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days, each with its own tracking, at no extra cost.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. To make changes, email support@peticlub.com as soon as possible — we can usually update your address before your order enters processing.

8. Damaged or Lost Items If your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact support@peticlub.com with your order number, tracking number, and photos if damaged. We will prioritise your case and provide a replacement or full refund. You will not be asked to return a damaged item at your own cost.
