1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery within the US is 5–8 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. What is the order cut-off time?

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your product. Items must be unused and in their original condition. There is no restocking fee.

6. Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility. However, if you received a wrong or defective item, PetiClub will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement.

7. How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method after the return is approved.

8. What items cannot be returned?

The following items are non-returnable: products damaged by misuse, final sale or clearance items, and custom or special-order products.
